Competent but communication could be more consistent

James Snell at Perkins Coie handled a complex software licensing dispute for our startup. However, response times were sometimes slower than expected, and explanations of certain billing line items were not always clear. For straightforward matters, his expertise is undeniable, but the client service aspect felt just adequate for the premium rate.
