Knowledgeable Franchise Attorney

Harris Chernow is a highly experienced franchise attorney with an impressive background in both franchise and hospitality law. Harris’s 37 years of experience and recognition, including multiple 'Lawyer of the Year' awards, speak to his expertise. However, I did notice that his responsiveness to emails and calls could be improved—sometimes delays occurred, which caused minor frustration. Overall, his strategic advice and attention to detail during the negotiation of our franchise contracts were outstanding. He provided clear, actionable guidance that helped us avoid costly pitfalls.
