Competent advice on a non-compete clause review

I engaged Gloria Ilunga at Ogletree Deakins to review a non-compete clause for a senior hire we were making in Toronto. Her analysis of the clause's enforceability was thorough and she provided clear, practical advice on the risks, which was exactly what I needed. While the final work product was solid, there were a few instances where follow-up emails took longer than expected to receive a response, which created minor delays in our internal timeline.
