Following a catastrophic accident involving a commercial truck that left my brother with life-altering injuries, our family was overwhelmed. We chose Deborah Potter based on her formidable reputation, particularly her landmark $26 million verdict against Ford Motor Company. That experience was directly relevant and gave us immense confidence. Debbie and her team demonstrated profound expertise in truck accident litigation. They meticulously reconstructed the scene, secured crucial electronic logging data from the trucking company, and consulted with leading medical experts to fully articulate the long-term care needs. Her vast experience with wrongful death and serious injury cases was evident in her strategic, compassionate approach. She treated us not just as clients, but as people navigating a profound crisis. The settlement we achieved has secured my brother's future care. The only reason this isn't a perfect 5-star review is that communication from some junior staff members could occasionally be delayed during the busiest phases, requiring a follow-up. That minor point aside, Debbie Potter is a tenacious and brilliant attorney. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone in the Baltimore area facing a complex personal injury or wrongful death matter.
