I engaged David Cohen after a complex employment dispute involving wrongful termination and discrimination. His deep expertise in labor and employment law, for which he's been recognized as a 'Lawyer of the Year,' was immediately evident. He navigated the intricate details of my case with the seasoned perspective of someone who has practiced for over five decades. His background from Yale Law and his firm's strong reputation in Stamford provided immense confidence. Mr. Cohen was a formidable strategist, particularly in the civil litigation aspects, and his counsel on my civil rights claims was invaluable. He secured a favorable settlement that protected my professional future. The only minor critique is that, given his undoubtedly busy caseload, there were occasional delays in email responses, though his paralegal was always helpful in bridging communication gaps. For anyone in the Stamford area facing a serious legal challenge in employment, personal injury, or civil rights, David Cohen is an outstanding choice.
