I hired Daren Lipinsky to handle a complex situation involving disability discrimination after my employer failed to provide reasonable accommodations. His deep experience in employment law, particularly his recognition in this field, was evident from the start. He clearly understood the nuances of the law and had a strong grasp of litigation strategy. After over 30 years practicing in California, he knows the landscape. Ultimately, we reached a settlement that was fair, and I believe his expertise was a significant factor. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal at times. While his legal analysis was sharp, there were periods where I experienced longer-than-expected wait times for updates on my case. I sometimes had to follow up multiple times to get a clear picture of where things stood. For straightforward legal matters, his competence is undeniable, but managing client expectations and maintaining consistent communication could be improved. He is a solid attorney who gets results, but the client experience aspect felt just adequate.
