Mr. Finberg is the head of the Firm's Intellectual Property Litigation practice. He focuses his practice on intellectual property disputes and complex commercial litigation. He regularly serves as counsel in patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright litigation throughout the Eastern District of Virginia as well as in other federal courts around the United States. He also represents both branded and generic pharmaceutical companies in patent litigation matters in Virginia and other states. Mr. Finberg has significant first-chair jury and bench trial experience, as well as appellate experience before the Supreme Court of Virginia and several U.S. Courts of Appeals.
