When a family dispute over my late uncle's estate in Jackson County became entangled with questions about an out-of-state asset, I felt completely overwhelmed. Mr. Robinson's background was precisely what we needed. His deep understanding of both Kentucky probate law and his Ohio Bar admission proved invaluable, as the case involved property from my uncle's time in Lorain. He navigated the complexities with a calm, methodical approach, explaining every procedural step from the local circuit court to potential federal implications with remarkable clarity. His admission to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, while not needed for our case, underscored the caliber of his professional standing and gave us immense confidence. More than just his impressive credentials, Mr. Robinson provided compassionate guidance during a stressful time. He secured a favorable settlement that honored my uncle's wishes and preserved family relationships. For anyone in Southeastern Kentucky facing a multifaceted legal issue that doesn't fit neatly into one specialty, Clayton Robinson's general practice expertise and multi-jurisdictional experience are an exceptional resource.
