Chris Lenzo is a partner in the New Jersey law firm of Lenzo & Reis, LLC. He represents employees in employment law matters, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial litigation, and appellate litigation of claims of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful discharge, failure to accommodate disabilities, family and medical leave violations, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations.In his practice, Chris has litigated several reported cases, some of which involved landmark decisions. He and his colleague Claudia Reis won a $1.549 million jury verdict in a retaliation case against New Jersey Transit after a month-long trial during 2009.From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Lenzo was among the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyers receiving the most votes from other members of the bar.
