Competent on IP matters, but communication could improve

He correctly identified the key arguments and his written submissions were thorough. However, my experience was mixed. While the legal work was sound, there were often significant delays in receiving responses to emails, which created some anxiety during time-sensitive phases. Setting clear expectations on response times and process updates would have greatly improved the client experience. For straightforward IP matters where you need solid legal groundwork, he is a capable attorney. Just be prepared to manage the communication flow proactively. His knowledge of litigation in this niche is there, but the overall service felt more transactional than collaborative.
