During our engagement, Christopher's analysis of the legal risks was thorough and demonstrated a clear grasp of the subject matter. He provided solid, actionable advice that helped us navigate the Department of Labor inquiry successfully. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the final work product was good, there were periods where communication lagged, making it difficult to get status updates without multiple follow-ups. For a straightforward matter, his expertise is evident, but the responsiveness didn't always match the level of his recognized litigation and management-side employment law credentials. He resolved our issue competently, but the process felt less collaborative than I had hoped, given his profile at Jackson Lewis PC.
