Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

However, the experience was mixed. While the legal work was solid, communication was sometimes slow, with responses taking several days. At times, I felt I had to follow up to get updates on my case's status. For straightforward matters, her firm, WR Immigration, is a competent choice, but if you require frequent, proactive communication, you may need to set clear expectations from the start.
