Brennan A.R. Bowen leads Frazier Law’s Public Interest & Political Law practice group and provides business litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate services for the firm’s clients.​Brennan has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report® in The Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch in the area of Commercial Litigation, and was recognized by Arizona Christian University with the Outstanding Alumni Award.Prior to joining Frazier Law, Brennan was a member of one of the nation’s foremost constitutional and election law firms, where he practiced compliance, litigation, and appeals in areas including constitutional law, redistricting, elections, voting rights, campaign finance, ballot measures, political committees, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), and commercial litigation.Before that, Brennan served in all three branches of government. He was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan Brnovich, Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and before that to the Honorable John Lopez IV, Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court; a legal intern for Arizona Governor Doug Ducey’s Office of General Counsel; a Janet D. Steiger Fellow and a summer law clerk for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office; and a legal intern for the Senate Rules Committee of the Arizona Legislature. Brennan also served as a Ronald Reagan Fellow with the Goldwater Institute and a legislative liaison with the Center for Arizona Policy. Brennan’s public sector experience informs his deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and government affairs, allowing him to provide tailored counsel to businesses dealing with regulatory matters and governmental contracts.In addition to his work in government, Brennan honed his skills in both litigation and transactional law at a prestigious mid-sized Arizona firm, where he assisted in matters ranging from entity formation and corporate governance to contract disputes.
