Invaluable Guidance Through a Complex Business Restructuring

Our company was facing significant financial distress and the daunting prospect of Chapter 11. Engaging Christopher Kaup of Tiffany & Bosco was the best decision we made. With over three decades of experience, Chris provided a clear, strategic path forward from our very first consultation. His deep, specific expertise in commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights, for which he is rightfully recognized, was immediately evident. He expertly navigated negotiations with our secured creditors and managed complex litigation from a key supplier, all while keeping our operational restructuring on track. Chris is not only a profoundly knowledgeable attorney but also a steady, pragmatic advisor who demystified a highly stressful process. His representation was instrumental in achieving a successful reorganization that allowed our business to survive and now thrive. We are profoundly grateful for his exceptional skill and professionalism.
