Her billing was precise, but for the rates commanded by a firm of that stature, I anticipated a more consistent line of communication. Ava is undoubtedly a skilled attorney in bankruptcy and reorganization—she secured a favorable outcome for us. Yet, the client service aspect, particularly in managing expectations and maintaining a steady flow of information, felt just adequate. For straightforward matters, her expertise is reliable, but for clients who prioritize frequent touchpoints, setting very clear communication protocols upfront would be advisable.
