Art Barsegyan provided exceptional guidance during a complex legal ethics matter. His expertise in State Bar disciplinary procedures was evident from the start, and his deep understanding of ethical compliance standards gave me confidence throughout the process. While his legal acumen is top-tier, I did notice that his response times to emails could be quicker, especially during the initial stages. However, once he was fully engaged, his attention to detail and strategic approach were outstanding. The recognition he received for ethics and professional responsibility reflects his commitment to upholding the highest standards. I’d highly recommend him for any legal ethics or disciplinary defense needs, particularly for professionals facing State Bar scrutiny.

I hired Art Barsegyan for a complex legal ethics compliance matter after reviewing his impressive background in ethics law and State Bar disciplinary defense. His 14 years of experience and recognition in professional responsibility law gave me confidence in his abilities. The initial consultation was thorough, and I appreciated his knowledge of Loyola Law School's ethics curriculum, which was relevant to my case. However, I found his communication could have been more timely—there were several periods where I had to follow up for updates. While he handled the technical aspects of my case competently, I had expected more proactive guidance on managing potential State Bar inquiries. The resolution was satisfactory, but I wished for clearer expectations about timelines and follow-through. Overall, he's clearly knowledgeable, but the experience felt more transactional than client-focused.
