Knowledgeable but communication needed improvement

Amanda W. Gilbert handled my complex divorce case, and I appreciated her deep understanding of family law, especially in areas like child custody and adoption. Her 19 years of experience were evident in her strategic approach, and the firm's recognition in collaborative law was reassuring. However, I found communication to be a bit inconsistent—some responses were prompt, while others took longer than expected. While she met expectations in legal strategy, follow-ups and updates could have been more consistent. Overall, her expertise was clear, but the experience could have been smoother with better communication.
