She was thorough in her analysis of the technical specifications and the supply chain, and her recognition in this specific field gave us confidence. Her legal strategy was sound, and we achieved a settlement that was acceptable, if not as favorable as we had initially hoped. Where the experience fell a bit short was in the day-to-day communication. There were periods where responses to emails took longer than expected, and updates sometimes felt reactive rather than proactive. For a firm of this caliber, I expected a slightly more streamlined client experience. That said, Alex is clearly a knowledgeable attorney. Her grasp of the nuances in California product liability law, honed since her graduation from Loyola Law School, is solid. She is competent and got the job done, but the overall service felt more transactional than partnership-oriented.
