Responses to emails sometimes took several days, and I occasionally felt I had to follow up to get updates on procedural steps. The wait times for brief consultations were also longer than I expected. She successfully handled the core legal work, and the outcome was satisfactory, but the client service aspect felt just adequate. For someone who needs steady, proactive communication throughout a stressful family law matter, this is an area for improvement. She is a capable attorney, but managing client expectations and accessibility would elevate her practice significantly.
