Competent on regulatory matters, but communication could improve

Mr. Steadman assisted my healthcare organization with a state-level compliance review. His deep knowledge of Arkansas regulatory law, particularly for providers, was evident and his Lawyer of the Year recognition is well-earned. He successfully navigated the issue with the Department of Health. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While his legal analysis was sound, response times to emails were slower than expected, and explanations of the process sometimes felt rushed. For straightforward regulatory counsel, he is certainly capable, but you may need to be proactive in managing communication expectations. His 18 years of experience in this niche are an asset.
