Robert Miller
I hired William O'Grady to assist with a boundary line dispute with my neighbor in Summerlin. Mr. O'Grady's broad general practice experience in the Las Vegas area was evident; he knew the local ordinances and presented a solid strategy. The outcome of the mediation was ultimately favorable, which I appreciate. However, my experience was mixed. While he was clearly knowledgeable, communication sometimes felt inconsistent. There were periods of several days where I wouldn't receive updates on case developments, which added to my stress. When we did connect, his advice was sound, but I often felt I had to initiate the contact. His paralegal was more responsive, but I expected more direct attorney-client dialogue. For straightforward legal matters in Henderson or Boulder City, his firm is a reasonable option, but be prepared to manage your own expectations regarding responsiveness.
