A formidable advocate in a complex federal investigation

When our company faced a daunting federal investigation with potential criminal exposure, we turned to Bill Michael at Greenberg Traurig. His background as a former federal prosecutor was immediately evident; he understood the government's playbook and could anticipate their moves. Bill’s four decades of experience, particularly his recognition in white-collar defense, gave our board immense confidence. He served as our lead counsel, meticulously guiding us through every stage, from the initial document review to complex negotiations. His strategic thinking and calm demeanor under pressure were invaluable. The result was a favorable civil resolution that avoided any criminal charges, protecting both the company and its leadership. Bill is not just a brilliant legal mind; he is a trusted advisor who provides clarity in the most stressful situations. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
