Will assists clients with lease negotiation, title review, acquisition and disposition due diligence, and contract drafting.In the past year, Will assisted with the drafting and negotiation of leases across the United States in a variety of industries, including roughly a million square feet of office space, a million square feet of industrial space, raw land, outdoor storage, and medical office space.His transaction experience involves the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial property, including the acquisition of qualified opportunity zone assets, acquisition and simultaneous placement of property under the Georgia brownfield program, sale and subsequent acquisitions using 1031 exchange proceeds, and negotiation of easement rights. Will assists throughout the closing process in matters ranging from title and survey analysis, due diligence review, and the drafting and negotiation of various closing documents and agreements.Will studied finance and real estate at the University of Georgia.
His first taste of commercial real estate was through an internship with the investment team at North American Properties. He received his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law.
