Knowledgeable but communication could be more consistent

Mr. Lindsay's deep expertise in estate planning is evident, and his LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida was a key reason we chose him to update our family trust. After 47 years, he knows the law inside and out. The work product was thorough. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed by several days, and explanations, while accurate, could be quite technical. For a straightforward matter, his service was competent, but we expected more proactive guidance given his 'Lawyer of the Year' recognition. He is clearly a respected attorney, but the client experience felt merely adequate.
