As a physician group navigating our first acquisition, we needed counsel who understood both corporate structure and healthcare regulations. William Heritage was precisely that. His 30 years of experience, particularly his recognized work in M&A and healthcare law, gave us immense confidence. He guided us meticulously through due diligence, entity formation, and the complex regulatory landscape, anticipating issues we hadn't considered. The transaction closed smoothly and on schedule. Mr. Heritage is not just a technically brilliant lawyer; he explains complex matters clearly and operates with a calm, strategic demeanor. We have retained his firm for ongoing corporate matters and recommend him without reservation.
