He understood the nuances of my situation immediately and his strategy for navigating the EEOC process was sound and well-structured. The outcome we achieved was fair and met my primary objectives. However, my experience was a mixed bag. While William is clearly knowledgeable, communication sometimes lagged. There were periods of several days where I awaited updates on case developments, which added to my stress. For a newer attorney with one year of focused practice, his legal acumen is promising, but the client service experience felt like it's still maturing. He delivered on the core legal work adequately, but managing client expectations and responsiveness could be improved. I would describe his representation as fundamentally competent.
