Competent handling of our small business acquisition

Will Pugh at Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison capably managed the purchase of a local competitor for our firm. His knowledge of corporate and M&A law was evident, and his Vanderbilt background shows. The legal work was solid, and we appreciated his recognition in those fields. However, communication sometimes had delays, and we occasionally felt like a smaller priority. For straightforward matters, he's a good choice, but be prepared to follow up. The outcome was satisfactory, aligning with our basic expectations for the process.
