Our company retained Whitney Frazier Watt at Stites & Harbison to defend a complex product liability claim that threatened to escalate into a broader action. With over two decades of experience, her deep knowledge in this area was immediately evident. She expertly guided us through the intricate pre-trial process, her strategic thinking shaped by her recognized work in mass tort and commercial litigation. Whitney is exceptionally thorough, personally invested in understanding every technical detail of our case. Her professionalism and calm demeanor under pressure were invaluable. The outcome was highly favorable, far exceeding our expectations. If there is a minor critique, it would be that communication during particularly intense phases could sometimes have a brief lag, but this never impacted strategy. We would confidently engage her again for any significant litigation matter in Kentucky.
