Competent but communication could be more consistent

Attorney Ritchie handled my business dispute with clear expertise in commercial litigation, and his firm's recognition in that area is well-deserved. The legal strategy was sound and we achieved an acceptable settlement. However, there were periods where updates were infrequent and responses to emails took longer than expected. For straightforward matters, his seven years of experience and knowledge of Tennessee law are evident, but managing client expectations on process timing could be improved.
