A competent and experienced attorney, but communication was a challenge.

Mr. Watkins represented our family in a complex environmental nuisance case stemming from a neighboring industrial facility. His deep experience, spanning over four decades, was immediately apparent. He clearly understood the intricate legal landscape, and his recognition in Litigation - Environmental by Best Lawyers is well-earned. However, while the legal strategy was sound, the day-to-day communication left something to be desired. Responses to emails were often delayed, and updates felt infrequent, requiring us to initiate contact. For a firm of Forman Watkins & Krutz's stature, we expected a more proactive client liaison. The outcome of our case was ultimately satisfactory, but the process felt more opaque than we would have preferred given his expertise in mass tort and environmental litigation.
