W. Walker Moss

Walker Moss is a shareholder in the Birmingham, Alabama office of Carr Allison. His practice concentrates on workers’ compensation, labor and employment related issues, premises liability, personal injury and general litigation defense. He speaks regularly to carriers and businesses and writes articles pertaining to current issues in workers’ compensation cases.Walker earned his BA degree in business from Auburn University (AL), his MBA from Samford University (AL) and his JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He is a member of the Alabama and Georgia State Bars and is admitted to practice in all state courts for both jurisdictions, as well as all federal courts in Alabama. Walker is a member of the Alabama Workers’ Compensation Organization, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers AssociationWalker was born and raised in Birmingham. He and his wife have two children and are active members in their church. Outside of work, Walker enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
