Maraist, a member of the Louisiana Law Review, and the recipient of the Vinson & Elkins Outstanding Law Review Casenote or Comment Award. After law school, Mr. Alford clerked for Judge James L. Dennis of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Alford also counsels clients concerning regulatory compliance, employment, and general business issues.
