Vincent P. Maltese is Of Counsel in the Real Estate group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Focusing his practice in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, Mr. Maltese primarily counsels commercial and residential lenders and real estate developers in the many different facets of real estate acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, development and conversions. Adding to the depth of his practice, he served as contributing author of Commercial Real Estate Transactions in New Jersey (ICLE, 2019 Edition).Mr. Maltese is past chair of the Board of Trustees of CentraState Healthcare System in Freehold, NJ and was appointed by former New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevey to the New Jersey Government Records Council, where he served as its First Chair for five years. Maltese primarily counsels commercial and residential lenders and real estate developers in the many different facets of real estate acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, development and conversions. Experienced and knowledgeable, but communication was inconsistent
