Victor A. Shaheen

Victor Anthony Shaheen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Shaheen Law Firm, P.C. He is also the director of the firm's real estate and relocation practice section with over 25 years of experience in real estate law and civil and criminal litigation. Victor is a member of the Henrico County Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar and the Ohio State Bar and he is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is certified under RESA, is a member of the Employee Relocation Council, is a Certified Relocation Professional and serves on the Board of Bon Air Title Agency. Victor was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia of immigrant parents and humble beginnings. He is a St. Christopher's alumnus and the first in his family to graduate from college as a graduate of the University of Richmond in 1977. Victor went on to graduate from the University of Richmond, T. C. Williams School of Law in 1980. Victor learned the value of hard work and service from his father, Faiz Shaheen, by going to work at a young age at Faiz’s restaurant, Philip’s Continental Lounge, a Richmond institution that opened in 1962. He founded Shaheen Law Firm, P.C., formerly Shaheen & Shaheen, P.C., in 1995 with his brother, Arthur, and one secretary. Arthur moved to Blacksburg, Virginia and opened his own law firm in 2010. Shaheen Law Firm now employs more than 10 attorneys with over 85 years of legal experience and over 50 paralegals with over 200 years of experience. Victor’s firm now has offices in Richmond, Newport News, Virginia Beach, and Northern Virginia. The firm has handled over 75,000 residential real estate transactions and over 30,000 employee relocation departure and destination transactions in its relocation department. He credits the firm’s growth to his and his teammate’s customer service and experience. He distinguishes himself by being available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to everyone that needs him. Victor has personally represented CEOs of Fortune 100 Companies as well as former Governors, a former Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a member of the Cabinet of the President of the United States of America. Victor regularly teaches classes on residential real estate transactions and the relocation process. Victor is married with three sons, one in law school and the other two are lawyers in the Richmond office. He is a basketball fan and enjoys watching movies and reading business books. His favorite actors are Denzel Washington and Robert De Niro. He is a Motown and classic rock fan, most particularly enjoying the music of Led Zeppelin, the Supremes and the Temptations.
