Expert guidance through our complex business acquisition

Our family-owned manufacturing company needed to navigate a complex acquisition of a competitor. Van East's deep experience with closely held businesses was immediately apparent. He meticulously guided us through every stage, from the initial structuring to the final disposition, ensuring our interests were protected while keeping the deal on track. His 38 years of practice, particularly in corporate and finance law, gave us immense confidence. The transaction concluded smoothly, and the operational restructuring he advised has been seamless. Van’s professionalism is matched by his practical, client-focused approach. We chose him based on his Martindale-Hubbell rating and Vanderbilt background, and he exceeded every expectation.
