Our company faced a challenging situation with a former employee who filed a wrongful termination claim. The allegations were serious and the potential for reputational damage was significant. We were referred to Tracy Armstrong at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, and it was the right decision. Her deep knowledge, stemming from over 25 years focused on employment law and her role as co-chair of that team, was immediately evident. She didn't just react to the claim; she conducted a thorough analysis of our internal policies and the specific circumstances, providing a clear, strategic roadmap. Her recognition in labor and employment litigation is well-deserved. Tracy guided us through the entire process with a steady hand, from the initial investigation to a favorable settlement that protected our interests without the need for protracted litigation. Her counsel was always practical, balancing legal rigor with the realities of running a business. The only minor critique, and why this is a 4-star instead of a 5-star review, is that during the initial, very busy phase, there were occasional delays in email responses, which sometimes required a follow-up. However, once engaged, her attention to detail was impeccable. For any New Jersey employer navigating the complexities of workplace law, Tracy Armstrong is an exceptional resource.
