He also litigates a wide array of real estate related matters, including condemnation, commercial evictions, commercial mortgage foreclosures, easement and boundary disputes, and enforcement of purchase agreements.Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, Tony advised Silicon Valley real estate startups on a variety of matters, including growth strategy, regulatory compliance, and the legality of proposed business structures in target U.S.
