Tom Edwards

Tom Edwards is a shareholder with extensive experience advising clients on litigation. His work on complex business and commercial litigation includes handling breach of contract claims, disputes between business partners, collections, insurance disputes, deficiency actions, receiverships, and business dissolution matters. Advising on real estate disputes, he has represented clients with regard to evictions, easements and access disputes, landlord-tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), and disputes related to property management and maintenance. Mr. Edwards also handles a full range of employment litigation matters, including disputes arising out of wage and hour issues, discrimination and hostile work environment claims, trade secrets and non-competition matters. Tom’s clients include banks, real estate developers, and property management companies, among others. Additionally, Tom is an NFL Players Association Certified Player Agent specializing in NFL prospect and player contract negotiations, endorsements, sponsorships, corporate partnerships, personal brand protection, related business and charity formation, and other player agent related legal services. Tom leads the Firm’s sports practice through a specialized division of the Firm, HD Sports Agency. Tom has served as a law clerk for the Arizona Office of Homeland Security, the Pima County Attorney’s Office and the Honorable James C. Carruth, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. While earning his undergraduate degree, Tom also played football for the Arizona Wildcats.
