I engaged Todd Kantorczyk of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox to assist with a complex compliance issue related to a former industrial property my company was looking to redevelop in Philadelphia. The matter involved navigating both state environmental regulations and overlapping local ordinances. Mr. Kantorczyk’s technical knowledge was evident; he clearly understands the intricacies of Pennsylvania’s environmental law framework, and his firm’s recognition in this area is well-founded. At times, explanations felt overly technical without clear translation into practical next steps for our business team.
