Competent on banking matters, but communication could improve

Tim Ryan at Holland & Knight handled the refinancing of our commercial real estate portfolio. His knowledge of banking and finance law, backed by his recognition in Chambers USA, was evident in the complex loan documentation. The work product was solid. However, response times were sometimes slower than expected, and explanations of certain fee structures could have been clearer upfront. For straightforward banking transactions, he is a capable attorney, but you may need to be proactive in managing the communication flow.
