I engaged Tiffany Switzer at Davis Wright Tremaine for a complex commercial lease negotiation for my small business in Los Angeles. She understood the nuances of California property law and her advice on specific clauses was sound, ultimately protecting our interests. However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. While Tiffany is clearly knowledgeable, there were periods of several days where we received no updates, requiring follow-up from our side. The billing was as expected for a firm of this caliber, but the overall responsiveness didn't always match the premium.
