Thomas S. Novak, Co-Chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross Insurance Practice Group and Chair of the Firm’s New Jersey Insurance Practice Group, has focused on insurance and construction disputes for over 30 years in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. He began his career representing surety companies in construction litigation. His involvement in construction disputes led to the development of a practice representing architects, engineers and owners in cases involving negligence in the design of construction projects, breach of construction contracts and construction lien litigation. Thomas S.
