Expert guidance on a complex site acquisition

Tom Duncan provided exceptional counsel during our acquisition of a former industrial property in Philadelphia. His deep knowledge of environmental regulations and transactional due diligence was invaluable. He efficiently navigated the Phase I and II ESA process, identified potential liability issues, and crafted solid contractual protections. His recognition in environmental law and litigation by Best Lawyers is clearly well-earned. While his billing rates reflect his expertise at a major firm like Faegre Drinker, communication response times could occasionally be quicker during non-critical phases. Overall, his 13 years of experience were evident, and I would confidently engage him again for similar matters.
