His deep experience in New York real estate law, particularly the land use aspect for which he is recognized, was evident. Ultimately, the closing was successful. However, my experience was a mixed bag. While Thomas is clearly knowledgeable, communication was sometimes a challenge. Responses to emails could take several days, and updates were often initiated by me rather than proactively provided. For a firm of this caliber, I expected a more responsive client service model. His legal advice was sound, but the overall management of the client relationship felt just adequate. He is a capable attorney who knows his field inside and out, but be prepared to manage the communication flow yourself if you need regular updates.
