A formidable advocate for complex appellate matters

Our company retained Thom Hudson of Osborn Maledon to handle a high-stakes appeal involving intricate contract and tort issues. With over three decades of experience, including his recognition in Bet-the-Company Litigation, his strategic depth was immediately apparent. He meticulously deconstructed the trial court record and crafted a compelling brief that addressed nuanced constitutional arguments. His 2015 'Lawyer of the Year' accolade in Appellate Practice is well-earned; his command of both state and federal procedure is exceptional. The outcome was favorable and preserved our business interests. The only slight critique would be that communication during the intensive briefing periods could occasionally lag a day, but the quality of the work was always worth the wait. We have immense confidence in his abilities.
