Thomas Connick at Schneider Bell handled my company's challenging insurance coverage dispute following a major construction site incident. With his 27 years of experience and recognition in insurance law and construction litigation, Mr. Connick clearly knew his way around complex policy interpretation and the catastrophic injury aspects of our case. His deep knowledge of medical malpractice elements proved valuable when our liability exposure became more complicated than initially anticipated. While Mr. Connick's legal strategy was sound and he achieved a reasonable settlement, the communication throughout the process could have been more consistent. There were several instances where responses to emails took longer than expected, and I sometimes felt I had to follow up multiple times for status updates. His expertise in wrongful death cases was evident in how he structured our defense, drawing from his Cleveland Marshall background and extensive trial experience. The outcome was acceptable, though the process felt somewhat impersonal at times. If you need someone who understands the intricacies of insurance defense and construction litigation, he's certainly capable, but be prepared to stay proactive about communication.
