Our company recently engaged Tom Ludwiski at Barrett McNagny to assist with the acquisition and financing of a commercial property in Fort Wayne. From our initial consultation, it was clear that his dual background in law and accounting was a significant asset. He expertly navigated the complex tax implications and financing structure, ensuring the deal was not only legally sound but also financially advantageous. His recognized expertise in business organizations was particularly valuable when advising on the optimal LLC structure for holding the new asset. Tom is a pragmatic counselor who explains intricate legal and financial concepts in a way that is understandable, which we greatly appreciated. While his advice was always thorough and his strategic thinking top-notch, there were a few instances where we had to follow up on email responses, as the pace of communication could lag during particularly busy periods. That said, the quality of the final work product was exceptional. We felt confidently represented throughout the entire transaction and would not hesitate to recommend Tom for any real estate development or corporate matter requiring sophisticated financial and legal analysis.
