Indispensable guidance through a complex union negotiation

Our company faced a particularly difficult round of collective bargaining with a newly organized unit. The potential for disruption was high, and our internal team felt outmatched. Engaging Terry Dawson was the best decision we made. His 35 years of deep experience in Indianapolis labor relations were immediately evident. He didn't just provide legal advice; he crafted a strategic approach that balanced firmness on critical operational issues with practical solutions the union could accept. His background in arbitrations and negotiations, underscored by his recognition in Labor Law - Management, gave us immense confidence. Terry guided us to a fair and sustainable agreement without a work stoppage. He is exceptionally professional, explains complex matters clearly, and is a truly steady hand in high-stakes situations. We will rely on his counsel for all future labor matters.
