Barker (ret.) of the Arizona Court of Appeals and later worked as a civil litigation attorney.Taylor and his wife are the proud parents of six wonderful children. He is active in his community and finds time to engage in endurance sports, including completing a full-length Ironman triathlon alongside his wife (a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile run).
