Solid but could improve communication

Tara Porterfield handled a complex employment dispute for me, and while her legal expertise in labor and employment litigation was evident, I found the communication to be somewhat inconsistent. She has impressive credentials, having been recognized by Best Lawyers and practicing for nearly 30 years, which gave me confidence in her ability to navigate my case. However, responses to my emails and calls were occasionally delayed, and I would have appreciated more frequent updates on the progression of the case. The final resolution was favorable, but the process could have been smoother with better communication. Her experience in general practice and employment litigation is undeniable, but I would have preferred a more proactive approach in keeping me informed. Overall, a competent attorney, but one that might benefit from refinements in client communication.
